I don't understand why NPC sweat or smell or sticky should be a concern in a game, heh.
I have to say, though, it wouldn't make sense if non-augs don't sweat; sweating is pretty important, biologically speaking. I think showing perspiration on a dancer, or a "glow" on a lover, would count as the types of little touches which make game environments more lively.
