Nintendo Switch to PC Saves not working for Witcher 3

Hi,

was super excited to hear about the cross platform saves on the Witcher 3. I usually play on the PC but I also like the Switch. I transferred my save onto the switch no problem but after a few hours play, I found that when I upload the save back onto Steam, I find it but it doesn't work. It complains about a bunch of missing DLC. But I have all the DLC bought on PC.

IS there any way to solve this? Thanks!

Unfortunately I don‘t have a Switch so I can‘t really test it myself.

Think I solved it. And it was really obvious. There was more free DLC on steam that I hadn’t downloaded which was automatically downloaded on the switch hence the incompatibility.
I just downloaded everything optional from steam page and it worked. Yay!
Laying in bed now playing on the switch after an hour already earlier kn the PC. So good.

Yes, Witcher 3 doesn‘t only have the two expansions, but also has several other DLCs. Glad you figured it outß
