As an anime / manga ("shonen") fan, I think there is plenty in TW2 that could appeal to that demographic (the moral ambiguity, sympathetic antagonists, the brutality...etc).

At least I hope so, I kinda want to see anime versions of TW characters.

yeah i was mostly a jrpg gamer myself before i grew tired of them or became sh!t and am also a pretty big anime/manga fan so yes a do think there might be some interest for some. reading novels some of their reactions, mannerism and even some archetypes reminded somewhat to some anime/manga conventions only with a more eastern european flavor to it. And yes, secretly hoping that one day there will be anime compilation of the short stories akin to the ones of halo or the animatrix.

What, really!?

Now its starting make sense! so it wasn't just my imagination that some of the reactions of the characters in the novel were a bit anime-ish.
