so in the corpo plaza [memorial area] there's a locked door with a key pad, code: 2023, I think these r devs cuz if it was the actual victims they would be in Japanese.
They already have a DEV room with pictures of the DEV. Strange they put the names in a separate room. Maybe theses are the DEV now working on the "2023" expansion?

It was nearby actually, fun fact, it's the year the nuke went off in saka tower
It is a known easter egg as of Dec 2020, but yes those are the devs names on the walls.
