no CC kegs from pre-purchase order

i pre-purchased the CC expansion and haven't received the card back, leader skin or the kegs associated with it. when will those become available?

i've got 7 kegs in my account for CC, are you saying that 1 of them will contain all the other kegs, skin and cardback?
