No cutscenes!

Running windows 7, everything's patched, enhanced version of The Witcher.Got all the way through Chapter 1, just fine, and now it's started showing a static scene during a cutscene, and just playing the dialog.I found at least one other thread in the forum about this, but that one was locked without a resolution, so..What the hell's happening, and how do I fix it?Between it working, and it not working, I haven't installed, uninstalled, or launched anything. Nothing's running but the game. WTF?

I had this when I was playing in windowed mode. Go full-screen and you can see the cut-scenes, but when I was full-screen, I'd get random crashes anyway, but none during cut-scenes.
