I got the witcher EE everything works but there is no Dialogue Sound could y'all help a mate out?

Look in your witcher Data folder and see if there are any files with the name .key
There could be as many as 9 . lang_3 , lang_5 , lang_10 , lang_11 , lang_12 , lang_13 , lang_14 , lang_15 , and lang_16
Also look for localised.key and main.key

Internet on my end is very shaky and very crappy today .

Ahh my 2 favorite vegetables . Seems like they didn`t get entered in the registry .

Hi,
I'm encountering the same problem, except in my case it's only some dialogues that have no sound (for example, Zoltan Chivay is mute).
I found the .key files, like you told the previous user, but what to do with those files then?

the safest thing would be a game reinstall ( don't delete savegames ) + delete game folder if it's not deleted by the uninstaller

Obviously. I should have thought of it myself. Thanks for the answer! I'm still curious to know what the deal was with those .key files, though...

Sorry for the late reply. I did a full reinstall, and the problem is still here: during the first encounter with Zoltan in act I, Zoltan doesn't speak: subtitles but no sound. The problem appears when I'm playing with polish voiceover: in english, Zoltan speaks alright. However, I want to play in polish...

Any more thoughts on the matter?

Is this an original game patched to EE ? If yes did you download the Polish language pack and install it .
By clicking the .key files it add registry entries which should be there but sometimes aren`t .

It's the GOG.com version: maybe some language files are missing. Good tip, I'll install the polish pack over it.

Ok, I installed the polish language pack, but no difference. This problem is happening specifically with Zoltan Chivay, and a few "bystanders" (NPC with you don't engage in dialogue as such, but say a comment when you click on them).
All other characters speak polish, no problem. Maybe it's a glitch of the GOG.com version...
I found my retail version again, and I'll try with this one.

EDIT: When I install from retail, then download and apply the proper patches, everything's fine. Must be sth wrong with the GOG version...
