No Engine sounds on Mizutani Shion series cars + 911 Turbo Cabriolet (930) (Cyberpunk 2.2)

Hello, i wanna ask why every update not fix anything, only add more bugs and issues to game [...], for this situation is horrible. My problem is: In vanilla game (no mods) and modded version of game, i have the same issue, no engine sound on Mizutani Shion series car, when i drive this car series, i only hear silence or other cars, but not Mizutani Shion, the same situation is with 911 Turbo Cabriolet (930). Im not here to please for fix, for the time with please for help is end, just sprinkle some ashes on your heads and help each other together. Just fix what you broke. For 2.13 is last version of game, what you swear many times, and tell its no more patches, the you pops up with another new patch who many ppl no needed, because its added by mods in past [...].

In vanilla game (no mods) and modded version of game

Just to be sure, when you say "vanilla game" you mean completely vanilla? And not just removing/disabling them?
i.e performing a clean-install of the game if you used mods previously and using a save that has never had any mods used on it.
Because if you simply removed or disabled mods and/or play on the same save, well... your game is still modded

Vanilla for me mean without any mods, only clean game with expansion. And still have this problem with clean version of game and modded too.

I am on PS5 with DLC phantom v2.2 and I hear engine noises from the Porsche. Also from the Mizutani Shion Targa MZT. ymmv
