I have playing for quite a while now... I have not seen a single female dwarf!
Has anyone seen any? No spoilers please.

All dwarves are female. There simply are no male dwarves.

All Dwarves are bearded. Male Dwarves you meet may be female Dwarves you marry later.

I've always wondered what happens to humans (and elves?) that have dwarfism in these kinds of fantasy worlds.

I think there was even a joke about this in TW2 (when you're in Vergen). We know female dwarves exist. Zoltan was supposed to marry one.

I saw one, in a quest in novigrad.

She was dead though it was pointed out she was a female dwarf(and looked a LOT like a male one, to the point you cannot tell them apart)
