No fix for Pyres of Novigrad bug in 1.04?

I can see nowhere in the patch notes about bug fixes.. This issue have been known for quite sometime now, and it is really frustrating not being able to progress main quest line...

I passed this quest by speaking with a homeless guy and he gave me the password and enter the area where TRiss is by the main door. I didn't look for the sewers and secret passages.

You talk about the Quest before. This part comes after that. I got the same issue, that I can´t activate the switch to the secret area.

Yes I am talking about the brick on the pillar that will not activate, effectivly barring any progress on the main quest. I have cleared all of velen and I did as much questing as i could get in skellige, so a fix soon would be good.

Who knows how long it'll be until we have a fix for this bug. I haven't seen any comments by the CDPR staff, so they might not even be aware of this issue!

Is this comes with the quest with the Dreaming woman I just started this quest and now I have to question so many people ?? I jsut can'figure out the time line of this quest !!?!? I have already seen with Triss !?!??! And now i have to find this dendalion poet guy or whatever his name is !

So....this is where you walk around with Triss while she wants tol buy some goods. Then you must flee into the sewers and find the secret passage.

But when I finished the dialog with Triss she just said " Come visit me some time, you can find me in the Bits" ??? and the quest was completed !

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH my bad ... i passed this quest with no bugs the brick worked just fine .. maybe this is only ps4 bug .. i dunno i [play it on pc no ques bugs so far !

It's occurring on both the PS4 AND PC. I am not sure if it is happening on the Xbox One also.

Yes, the time index in that video is good. That video shows the result if the door opens SUCCESSFULLY. For those of us experiencing this problem, the brick does nothing and there is no way to open that secret door.

I just confirmed ingame that there is no fix for this in patch 1.04 :/

Weird no problems here maybe try reinstalling the game ?

It is known to not have to do with install... the only way is to try to make a new game, and I among others is not really interested in wasting all that is allready invested. I am level 22, not about to go back to level 1.

I have the same problem since Day2 after Release. I'm 50hrs in now and still can't progress that Quest.

same ughh more broken stuff

they need better testers
and better support, i see no posts in any threads about broken distress persons etc cards missing,. but this one is main line .. and quite.. annoying..
no work around no fix .. no posts from staff here why? normally they would post replies they did for the other witcher games.. but just vanished on this one
