no gore

I have got the german fsk 18 version of the game and i was assured from all sides that the game would be completely uncut.
When i first played the game without the day one patch there seemed to be fountains of blood coming from some enemies and limbs could be severed. But now, after downloading the patch, there is no drop of blood to be seen anymore
So question one: is the usk 18 version 100 % uncut. And two: is there some bug removing all gore after the current patch?

Ive starded playing with 1.02 so i dont know how was it before
for sure lack of gore/blood on eniemies and no ,,ground blood,, when fighting human ,,mobs ,,looks lame and ruins the immersion for me
This issiue and bad framerate are two things that stoped me from playing for now
i really hope this is bug and can be fixed
