No main missions after Transmission

No main mission is appearing for me after I've done Transmission, tried couple times to trigger Down on the street mission and takemura doesn't call up for the next mission at all, any workaround for that?

What did you do what main mission ? Transmission and Panam Quest line (Gost Town) ?
Normaly, Goro call you during those quests (between them if you directly did main quest after meet him at Tom's diner).
