No more an RPG but an interesting cinematic experience

Maybe the story should have been handed over to a movie team and it have been realised as a motion picture, instead. It could have been a really great one. Its totally awful and empty as an RPG, bearable as a FPS but too long. Perhaps it was over-reaching, even from the basic premise.

vision was descoped and Keanu Reeves was brought in to tell a very narrow story instead of showing off the full world of Cyberpunk. again the devs ran out of time. in 2018 this was not the intended story we had 3 different heroes to pick from and the radio said Johnny Silverhand had died the year prior.

My 2 cents on this post.

It's not an RPG.
I mean it should have been, was envisioned to be, and sold as one.

But after some digging, in may of 2019 they quietly changed the official description from RPG to action adventure story.
Which I guess is true
