No Ofiri Vizier skin / No winter board ?

Hi,

I’ve unlocked Ofiri Vizier Skin but it’s not in the skin selection screen.
Also, haven’t received Winter board or title.
Latest iOS on iPad Pro.

Anyone else have similar problems? Send help plz!

For the winter board I can't help, although I saw some other players have the same issue.
For the vizir skin, did you check scoiatel? It is actually a Filavandrel skin so only available to them. It could have been indicated somewhere. I also got it thinking it was a general one
