On a new playthrough started when Phantom Liberty was released. So I guess no one on Xbox received it.
I think there is a bug, so I wait the next patch which should be released soon enough.
I'm on GOG and also haven't received it, so it's not exclusive to Xbox.

There is a pre-order bonus? I ordered from GOG, guess I missed that one. I haven't recieved anything either. I'm on PC. I'll go back and take a look. Do you have to start Phantom Liberty to get it? It will be awhile before I get to that point.

Same here got my PL DLC preorder car. i have linked my GOG account to Xbox, played way past act 2 (on a > 108 hr save file currently).,.

Hello CD I have a question.
Having received my in-game rewards regarding the twitch drop and reward for precommande phantom liberty and its rewards that goes with the 2.0 update too, If I start all over again by overwriting my old saves is that I lose my rewards or could I find them in each of my new games?

Strang, it seems to work for me, I always get to this page:
Just to throwing this out there...You have to check your messages on V's computer at his/her apartment. The message will tell you that you have won a lottery, it's very subtle and many players don't check messages. It just doesn't show up in game, and I am on PC by the way, don't know if it's different on other platforms.

XSX here also, no Quadra Vigilante for me either. I can see it in my list of add-ons for Cyberpunk on the Xbox dashboard/manage game menu, but doesn't appear in-game.
Just checked - I have an email on V's computer about the new autofixer, but nothing regarding the Vigilante. It's not in my list of vehicles and is listed as locked on the autofixer terminals.

It may depend on where you are in the game? I didn't get the notice till the start of act 2.
