No progress after completing requirements

After completing the requirements, the progress bar does not scroll and I cannot progress and don't receive the rewards. This is really hurting my development in the game. Are they already fixing this problem? Will they reward those who were harmed by this? Because of that I'm at level 45, but I should be much further on. If anyone has information on the subject, I would appreciate it if you can share. Thanks.

At least for me (and I suspect this is generally true) the season cycle quests do progress, but your progress is not updated until much (often hours) later and often not until you restart Gwent. I found that if I manually record my progress and play toward a quest until it is completed, I will get credit toward the quest (that often occurs immediately). My advice is to not give up on playing a quest just because you see no progress being made.
