so i made it to the end of B&W and lo and behold my dearly beloved triss was at my vineyard and my heart lept out of my freaking chest!! as i continued to play the game finishing up side quests and treasure hunts and whatever else have you i began to wonder why in the nine hells i could go to a brothel and get the option to have sex with a courtesan but when i was at home with my practically WIFE i couldnt lay with her. now im not some 13 year old just looking to see some tits but it feels so awkward not being able to sleep with the love of my witcherly life but can be unfaithful all i want.
why is this?

kind of an immersion breaker and a bit of a disappointment once i thought about it. any chance the devs are going to add this in a patch....please?
i love my triss and i really would like to show it.

Nah, I agree to an extent. I'm not suggesting a sex scene to be a necessary remedy but to only be met with a platonic hug given the circumstances seems a little odd.

but i chose to be with triss instead of yen since she treats him so poorly so why would it not make sense to be an option with the woman i chose to be with?
triss also seems to have a WAY higher sex drive than yen so why would yen make more sense than triss?

In any case, it is unlikely that more content would be added to the game now, I think with patch 1.21 + HoS + BaW, the content in TW3 is probably intended to be final.

sorry, i was too unclear. i meant the hug made more sense as a show of affection with Yen, not so much Triss. id expect more given her concern in the letter.

i more or less meant for them to add it when they are patching things up. even if they dont it would be fine by me it just rubs me the wrong way that i can be SUPER unfaithful to triss all i want but i cant lay with the woman that i saved myself the ENTIRE game for? dont get me wrong i am ECSTATIC that she came to live with geralt (at least for a while) in toussaint instead of disappearing for good like before but now that she is there i would like to be with her as much as i desire instead of having to go to a brothel behind her back or worse IN FRONT OF HER FACE!! dont we only have the option to sleep with triss like ONCE in the game?
witchers have an overdeveloped libido and triss seems to also so wouldnt it make sense to have this option with her? why dont we?

im sorry i misunderstood. yea that would have made more sense with yen rather than triss. im surprised they didnt go at it as soon as they saw each other to be honest.

After a long time without seeing each other, some couples have only one thing in mind after reunion..

Btw, i wouldn't say a sex scene should be there no matter what, but why not a romantic dinner as highlight ?
Just a few dialogues, is really not much...

Since Triss sleeps in your own bed (she leaves her sun spot when it gets dark), it would be nice to have at least a small cutscene if you decide to rest in the bed with her. Does not need to be carnal, just something small.

honestly i expected the option to pop up when i saw her climb into bed but she just said "Well?"
sooo many missed opportunities!!

it would make a lot of sense. especially since they use the same (crappy)scene for all the sex in the game anyways I can't imagine it would be hard for them to add that dialogue to her and then the scene each time you wanna plough her. or if she sleeps in your bed then a scene of you two lying down for the night with eachother and waking up in the morning. I was hoping for more content with her too, spent 3 games with her, and there is absolute crap for content with her after the MQ when all is settled down, we get what 10 sentences in B&W? what a joke.

I think those 10 sentences were added at the last moment. They could not even give Triss/Yennefer/Ciri something new to dress. I mean, seriously, the duchess wears at least 4 different dresses during the game and one non-dress outfit. Making few more 3D models would not probably be a great deal.

- Taking triss to a romantic dinner. (she visited toussaint for first time)
- Buy her a new toussaint dress and offer rare wine (she loves wine after all)
- Getting a painting of Triss and Geralt commissioned.
- Of course a romance scene whats wrong with this?
