no smith will talk to me?
Pretty much as title says, no smith is talkable.
Meaning their name is blue but no option to talk exists anymore or appears.
Im lvl 11 now and we are talking about the pc version.
Also this is in velen as far as that matters.
Trying to restart the game, see if that helps.
