No Sound When people talk during cut scenes

Have XBOX ONE version....when there is a cut scene and dialog is happening,no sound,cant hear...have tried to change sound in options..but nothing..???/

Same problem here on German PC Version.
Trying to update my sound driver now to check the impact.

It's common problem on all platform. I have PS4 same problem. Reboot the system.

Reboot did not help, as well as Sound Driver Update. I am now trying to reinstall the game (download 30 GB ^^ )

Set your computer or console to Stereo output while you play. That will let you hear the voice overs. (I used this work around successfully on my Xbox One, and have seen other folks mention it helped on their computers)

I have now tried to reinstall to no avail
I understand that the problem can be solved by setting sound to stereo output ... on console I assume there is an ingame option to do so? On the computer version you cannot set stereo anywhere inside the game. At least I have not found it.

I have a creative X-Fi soundcards and a surrond 5.1 system. can someone suggest which setting needs to be set to play with voices?

Okay, managed to get it working.
Seems like setting audio form 5.1 to 2/2.1 speaker Mode did the trick

it does not work with 7.1 or 5.1. Have to go to quadraphonic or stereo
