[NO SPOILERS but some] About the endings / story questions

Recently started my first playthrough, I am about 20 hours in as I've done many side-quests; I just finished the quest "Transmission", finished Judy & Panam quest lines. (Romanced Panam & Judy)

Spoiler: Judy Romance and Male V

I've discovered that the french voice lines did state that Judy is a lesbian but still romance her (from one voice line from flirting with her, he says something like "my favorite lesbian" then does a romance action such as hug/kiss), kind of off? Was Male V supposed to turn Judy bi/hetero/pan? I consider male V and Judy romance non-canon as it was turned off in-game so I might think this is unfinished

If I ever finish the main quests, can I go for Phantom Liberty quests? and vice-versa (Finishing Phantom Liberty then going for the main quest) Which order shoudl I go? Phantom Liberty then Main quest or reverse?

Can I roam freely after finishing every quest? I've found events based on locations and plan on visiting everything; I just love the city atmosphere and customization!

About Judy, no as far as I know, like any other romance in the game, Judy have preferences and never was supposed to be romanced by male V.

In any order you want in fact.
Everything will remain available before the point of no return. You can even mixe both if you want to

You mean roaming between completing quests?
If yes, yes. There only a couple of time sensitive quests in the game, so no hurry, take your time and enjoy roaming in Night City


And about your last point : No, once the end credits rools, the story is finished and the game either. But you can choose to return in Night City (at the point of no return) to finish things you didn't, to complete another ending if available or just to keep roaming/exploring. It's up to you (and don't worry, the game will warn you that you reach the point of no return).

If you somehow ended up romancing Panam and Judy, it's never intended by devs and you're probably using a mod for it. Clearly she's written as a lesbian in the game and some people kept making an issue about it and asking questions so CDPR even ended up clarifying that no, she is only for female V. It's not unfinished or turned off in-game.

And it's up to you, but I recommend that you finish Phantom Liberty when you have the last mission available at the latest, because the events of PL take place before endings. Also you can go back and forth between PL and the main game. I usually tend to suggest to start PL during act 3 and after you've finished relationship/friendship story with Judy, Panam, River, Kerry, and Johnny.

And yeah, spoilers are everywhere since the game has been out for a long time now. But without spoiling anything further, it's actually false that V dies in every ending, not to mention implications of some endings.
