No way to really know who is the netrunner targeting you.

If you have marked everyone, the perk that "highlights" the attacker doesn't make him stand out in any way since it "highlights" him as if you marked him. (If you marked more than 2 people, you will never know who is the netrunner).

After I'm being hacked, I press the scanner (Tab) and I see a green line from where the hack is coming from. That way, I easily know where to focus.

Actually there's. You can see a red square next/over them when they are trying to hack you. Unless your game is bugged.

when i use scanner all enemies are in red, netrunner is in orange silhouette
so orange color and most of the time you can see they crouch

That's kind of the point. There is a perk that will highlight whoever is hacking you.
