None of my mods seem to be working after reinstall?

None of my mods seem to be working after reinstall?

I had to reinstall windows, and after reinstalling the witcher and my mods, none of them seem to be working, except for sweetfx.

Anyone else run into this problem?

Some 3rd party mods need another programs to run.
Microsoft Network 4.5
Java latest version
Microsoft SilverLight
Microsoft Visual C++
and many more ...

Try to remember what program you have before reinstall OS.

Yeah I guess that must be it but I really can't remember which ones I had before... Besides the ones you listed, do you know of any other programs I should install?
