Not getting prime gun Chesapeake

I can't get the Chesapeake from prime gaming. it says the code has been used and this is the first time i have ever tried to use it.

I'm having the same issue after copying and pasting the code from Prime Gaming into the CDPR redemption page with my GOG login. Curious, have you purchased the expansion? I wonder if this is an unwritten requirement. I'm about to get it, but I haven't purchased the expansion yet.

According to this reddit thread, users reached out to CDPR and were told it would be available today at 15 PT / aka 6pm ET (a little over 2 hours ago).

For Steam & Epic, those players were only needing to claim and login, finding it in stash with no code interaction.

This item has been removed from being claimable atm with a warning ' Currently experiencing issues, check back later '

I claimed mine, and it says I claimed it successfully, but it isn't showing up in my stash.
