Not getting Thronebreaker reards in Gwent, support await time 2 weeks

Hello everyone,

I've Gwent and TB on Steam. I also have GOG app on my PC where I connected steam to GOG and all of my steam games appear there. The weird thing is that on GOG website none of my games want to appear. I also connected to multiplayer through TB . I'll gladly take any help since I've wrestled with this problem couple days already and after trying to contact with GOG support they've send me an email saying that responding may take up to two weeks..
