I suddenly stopped getting perk points from street cred leveling and even after uninstalling everything but the saved games and reinstalling and starting a new playthrough, the problem persists.
Please help, i know i'm supposed to be getting perk points every street cred level, but not getting that is going to extremely hamper my game and i'll have to use 3rd party software to adjust it
