Notice Boards

Hello, i'm new here and glad to find you!

I'm playing the game at the moment and having a really good time with it but i have some questions.

Some notice boards that were greyed out, turned yellow again indicating a new quest is available.
But when i checked the board there was none.

Is it a bug?


Also will we get new contracts from already explored notice boards?

Was the icon yellow indicating it was updated with new content or was there an exclamation point indicating a new quest? I haven't seen new quests appear on the same board yet but I feel like it could be possible if you level up.

The icon was yellow but i don't remember if there was an exclamation as well.

It would be nice if new quests would apppear again in the boards,because i think that monster hunting is a bit limited,:hmm:

I had the noticeboards turn yellow again a couple of times, but no new quests spawned -- I think there may have been some more "background news" to read, but nothing new to do ever appears.
