Novigrad Master black smith missing

I'm need some weapons made and the master Blacksmith, isn't where he is supposed to be
I did a mission for him and now he's missing, an NPC outside his shop said he quit smithing.

I'd like to know where he went as he is the only one who is master blacksmith, i can find.
His shop is closed and no matter what time i change to hit won't open.
Is there another Master blacksmith in game, if so where do i find him, or is this a glitch?
