NPC blocking way

Hi everyone, day ago i got a terrible bug one NPC stuck in the middle of doorway and hes blocking way to 2 quests, i tried almost everything he interacts with me but not moving at all, tried to get to that location from other way but found invisible walls
Any suggestions how to kill\remove\reset his position? I cant complete main quest because of this, help please.

Tried the same with Triss in the sewers, fortunally i save in 50 different saves so i could go back to a save before sheit happened.
They should really make a long quick save file rotation, so they dont ruin the game for people who are not paranoid when it comes to savefiles.

The problem is that i met this bug when i discovered almost all ? points and upgraded armor, so its the same as to start game from the beginning.

Had that happen in two separate instances, but thankfully there was a way around the back in my cases. I couldn't even Aard them into action. Oddly, if an NPC even slightly gets brushed by you in any other instance, they back off pretty well. Another problem I've found is after talking with merchants or blacksmiths, sometimes I am stuck behind their equipment and have to jump like a madman to get out.

So there is no solution to this problem and only way to fix it is to play game from beginning?
PS: I even tried to enable console to spawn some powerful creature to kill that guy but console didnt work

GUYS found solution!
Finally enabled console and spawned 5 freaking bears and they killed that npc, yeah!

aha. I had the same problem with Triss, she blocked the way, reloading the save wouldn't change her position. After 40 minutes trying I could jump over her just to fall straight on the ground and die. The good thing is that the game has an excellent auto-save system and it took me only 5 minutes to get back to that point. (5 min plus the 40 trying to jump over her)

Edit: this happened to me in patch 1.01, so is not a 1.04 bug.
