NPC texture bug

I just updated to 1.4 and started playing the Price of Neutrality mod. Some of the new NPC's have this weird texture glitch that makes them look likie they have some weird skin condition with black blotches all over them.Old characters such as Vesimer and Lambert appear as normal it just appears to be some of the new character modules specifically the sorceress, the princess and the prince.I will take some screen shoots when I can. Anyone else had this problem.
