nvidea 460..ingame monitoring of fps

I always here people say stuff about there getting 100 fps and then it drops to so and so FPS.. How do I get ingame settings to come up to see how my GC is handling things?? like fps? if its running cool? stuff like that?

rig is nvid ge force 460 gtx...

First you need MSI Afterburnerinstalled and running in the notification area .

Then Right click the little jet and select show then click settings .


Then click the Monitor tab and click on the left side of each item you want to monitor so that a check mark shows then click show in on-screen display . You will need to do this for every item you wish to monitor .


It`s best to only pick a few because that adds to what the card is actually doing plus running the game and all extras take up screen space while playing the game .
