NVIDIA Hairworks bug

I have some problems with my game. When i try to play my games frames drop like hell, and i think it is because the NVIDIA hairworks option. I have it on off but it seems that it is still on. I play the game with over 60 fps but now i get like 10-15! I dont know if it is a bug or if it was the patch, so plz help me.

To make sure that it is hairworks problem set ingame hairworks to OFF and close he game. Now in your gpu control panel turn off the tasselation and lanuch the game again.

Now if Geralt has long white hair it means that hairworks is truly OFF, if Geralt is almost a bald and your hairworks are still set on OFF then indeed your problem is connected with Nvidia Gameworks

I did just that but it didn't work. And i dont have any screenshot programs.
