With Nvidia Surround enabled (3 4k monitors) the UI cuts off around 5% of the way in to the second monitor (~4000px from the leftmost edge of the combined display). This renders menus completely inoperable, character creator unusable, and the game in general difficult to play. It works with nvidia surround turned off, so I was able to create a character, and then by guessing where the continue button was, play the game, but the map is unusable, all ui not on the leftmost monitor is unusable. I guess in the chaos of getting the game released nobody tested nvidia surround properly. Others on twitter have indicated similar issues.
EDIT: More discovered details, just to put them in the first post: It doesn't seem specific to nvidia surround, if I run the game in 5760x1080, everything more or less works (although, the minimap and quest objectives are missing if I started the game at 5760x1080 instead of changing resolution to it after startup). 7680x1440, UI (or some UI elements if changed to after startup) is missing from about half way through center monitor, and 11520x2160 it's cut off a little ways into the center monitor. It might be that some value of 4096 is hardcoded somewhere?
EDIT: not fixed in 1.04
