Objects remaining permanently issue

In this game there're too many non-reset objects such as like cars and dead-bodies, and debris.
For example, if I steal a car parked around the corner and drive and abandoned somewhere, the car will stay there permanently (even after destroyed).
It seems that quite a few cars, though not all, will not be reset and will remain. In other times, some objects destroyed in random battles are still left broken.
Devs could you add "area initialize" option or prevent to store abandoned object's data in gamesave in future update?
These causes heavy traffic jam everytime I played!

Another object found.
The runaway Delamain taxi in "Epistrophy" quest remains at Rancho Coronado street.
Of course it won't disappear no matter how you try. What a messy scripts...
 
I already read this a few times in the forums. But I have the problem that the cars I steal despawn in a really short time after leaving them. (It might also be that Im retardet and just cant find my car. But I doubt it.)
