Alright, I'll give you that, this particular scene just looks unreal. I'm not sure whether we'll see anything like this in the final game.![]()

The weirdest thing is that this footage is from the old renderer, how they made that scene with old rendered is beyond me...Alright, I'll give you that, this particular scene just looks unreal. I'm not sure whether we'll see anything like this in the final game.
because it is pre rendered. The weirdest thing is that this footage is from the old renderer, how they made that scene with old rendered is beyond me...
You don't know the video game press too wellSurely some of the press played it on PC and had questions for the devs. If the graphics were bad, we'll read about it.
Textures aside (and I can actually see a terrible video compression and 720P at work) , this scene nails TW atmosphere color-wise
I only expected the level of visual fidelity shown in the early gameplay trailer, and I don't think it's too much to askWhen did CDPR ever say that the PC version will look better than the next Crysis game to make so many people rage that the PC version of a game world that is larger than Skyrim ffs does not look better than Crysis 3 for example?
I really want to know, I understand that people expect a good sequel to Witcher 2's graphical fidelity, but holy shit the expectations are so high, the mere fact that the game looks as good as it does now is damn good (console versions or not), but I agree on this, I want to see the PC version in all its glory to judge ( as in maxed the hell out), until then, this argument is fruitless.
Then let me get this straight, how is this ....I only expected the level of visual fidelity shown in the early gameplay trailer, and I don't think it's too much to ask
Looks very rough and lifeless, lighting doesnt exist, geralts hair are terrible and sharpening filter everywhere, meh looks like shit sorry.Textures aside (and I can actually see a terrible video compression and 720P at work) , this scene nails TW atmosphere color-wise

Half naked or armored Geralt?Better than this?
Terrible comparison to make: Geralt outside with terrible compression vs Geralt inside with less terrible comparison. Then let me get this straight, how is this ....

Take your time, I want to you come up with a convincing argument.
I just want that PC version is not castrated because of consoles. When did CDPR ever say that the PC version will look better than the next Crysis game to make so many people rage that the PC version of a game world that is larger than Skyrim ffs does not look better than Crysis 3 for example?

There is a terrible lack of shaders in that image.Terrible comparison to make: Geralt outside with terrible compression vs Geralt inside with less terrible comparison.
maybe compare it to this? http://i4.minus.com/i3odmLsiNRHkP.jpg
The new Geralt is somewhat... err... "plasticish"
