While there aren't any facts to back that up, that claim seems to be more valid than ever before. Look at how Watch Dogs was purposely held back on PC by Ubisoft. While everyone here knows that CDPR would never do that, deals such as this between companies wouldn't surprise me.

CDPR is not Ubisoft, and what actual evidence, as opposed to mere disappointment in the results, is there that Ubisoft did anything of the kind. "Wouldn't surprise me" is mere evidence of FUD, not of actual bad work.

I was merely stating that's why people have become skeptical about the relationships between developers, publishers, and console manufacturers.Meaningless. Merely an unprofessional comment. It could mean anything from "this setting doesn't matter, because this is code that runs on the PC where it doesn't matter" to "we don't need to optimize this section for PC, because it doesn't run there." A whole tower of FUD and false claims of bad practices has been built on this one line. Talk may be cheap, but it is all that author has to offer.
If you were informed, you would know that people found and even activated E3 graphical options and optimization that had been deactivated.
And there is no other reason to downgrade a game, because there are graphical options.

Their support for PC was never really good, they just dont give a fuck when it comes to PC platform.

Has made massive discoveries/improvements. He has discovered that almost all of the shaders and improvements seen in 2012 and 2013 are still in the game files, such as the e3 2012 explosions. For now he has managed to implement dynamic shadows from headlights, the increased rain density, increased NPC density, as well as 2012 e3 bloom and lens flare.
When he manages to unpack certain files, he will be able to activate everything, such as POMs, etc.

This thread is becoming hilarious. I normally don't follow games so closely, and it's crazy to see the "raging" in this thread over a rushed trailer of an unfinished video game. The devs have pretty much right until launch (day one update if necessary) and the game may continue to slightly evolve with updates post launch as well. To get so upset at this point in time is a bit ridiculous imo. Kudos to the mods for trying to keep things contained. A part of me hopes the devs keep the game completely under wraps from here to launch. No new vids or pics. If the overboard die hards lose sleep over it....so be it.
I understand the concern. But all we can do is wait for future trailers and demo's before jumping to conclusions.
Changes must be made now, when the game is unfinished. And trailers, surprisingly, are always rushed when an excuse is needed.
It's now when people should get upset, not when the game is released so that we have to wait a month until a patch has to be released to correct something.
