Odd Numlock Behavior In Cyberpunk 2077 (Cycles Down Choices/Selections & Opens Radio)

+
I'm having an issue in Cyberpunk 2077. Firstly let me say, in Discord my push to talk key is NUMLOCK. I use this because games generally don't use that key by default and also I don't use the 10-key for anything in games. I've been using NUMLOCK as my push to talk for decades now without issues. Now on to my actual issue. Pressing NUMLOCK while in Cyberpunk 2077 has various unwanted effects, depending on the situation. Please note, these unwanted effects occurs whether Discord is opened or not, it does not matter. Before suggesting changing my push-to-talk key for Discord, know that I do not want to do that at this time. There MUST be a solution somewhere other than that, right!?

What the Problems Are:

Situation 1: In the Main Menu
When I'm in the main menu and press NUMLOCK, the cursor will appear to start moving as if it's cycling thru the main menu selections (continue, new game, etc...). It seems to only cycle thru selections near where the mouse cursor actually is (even though it appears to move from one selection to the next as it cycles. This undesired cycling occurs when just pressing as well as pressing-and-holding NUMLOCK. When only pressing NUMLOCK, the cycling effect will only cycle to the next selection. Subsequent single presses will cycle to the next on each press. When pressing-and-holding (for example, when I want to speak in Discord), the cycling effect will continue from one to the next until I release NUMLOCK.

Situation 2: In Virtually Any Menu
Virtually identical to the above explanation for Situation 1, it just also happens to occur in every other menu as well. This includes settings (and all the various tabs contained therein), dialogue choices, etc...

Situation 3: Open World (no active menus or dialogue choices, etc...)
With no active menus or dialogue choices, pressing-and-holding NUMLOCK will open the radio. Incredibly irritating, making the game virtually impossible to play if I want to talk to friends on Discord.

What I Have Tried To Resolve This (ALL FAILURES, ISSUE PERSISTS):

Failed Solution 1:
Sifted thru the in-game keybind options, nothing is bound to NUMLOCK. In fact, I am unable to even bind NUMLOCK to any mapping at all.

Failed Solution 2:
I have sifted through EVERY config file, every .ini, every .xml, and .json file in the Cyberpunk 2077 installation directory, looking for any keybind settings that are not listed in the in-game settings (refer to this Reddit link "How To Rebind The Unrebindable Controls", this is what gave me the thought to look through the .xml files, and I looked thru other file types for good measure).

Additional Information:

I have no idea if this matters or not, but I am running a few mods for the game. I have REDmod installed (thru Steam, as I play Cyberpunk 2077 thru steam). I apparently needed it for mods from Nexus Mods to function). As a side note, all mod files/folders were included in my above mentioned sifting thru files (failed solution 2). The mods from Nexus Mods are as follows:

Required Libraries & Frameworks (in no particular order):
Codeware
Cyber Engine Tweaks
RED4ext

Mods (in no particular order):
Render Plane Fix - Clothing (Sleeves) behind hands fix
Improved Radio
Vehicle Customizer
Cyber Vehicle Overhaul
Authentic Shift

As I mentioned above I don't want to change my push to talk at this time. Any help/assistance is greatly appreciated.

Out of curiosity, would someone try pressing and/or holding NUMLOCK in the game to see if it's an isolated issue or widespread?

Just here to confirm per your request that Numlock does indeed shuffle through options in the main menu, seems to be default in-game behavior. Hopefully that helps somewhat, also I never installed any mods either so it's a pure vanilla Cyberpunk.

That does helps put my mind at ease at the very least knowing it's not an isolated incident, and that is is unlikely to be caused by any mods, or other various softwares (Discord, mouse/keyboard software, etc...) I have. Thank you. :)
