Of Swords and Dumplings glitch

Trying to do the Hattori quest, and he's stuck. It keeps telling me to meet him at his shop, I go to his shop, he's not there..

Then I find him down the road about 100 yards away, I interact, he says the same thing all the time. I can't finish this quest so I can't access the Master Blacksmith. VERY frustrating.

I have the same problem. I accidentally got into a fight with one of the guards right next to Hattori's grounded body and the guard missed me and killed him with one swing. No instead of standing in the street having hims say "What now?" he just simply lays dead in the street. Im horrified at the idea i'll never be able to use his master black smith abilities through out the game! PLEASE HELP CD PROJECT RED

i have a different problem i think. when i left the shop after meeting him the 1st time i didnt do anything inreguards to the quest. however now if i have it listed as the active quest it just says find the tools he needs but it gives me no information on where to look. i thought i was suppose to meet him somewhere after leaving the shop.
