Of swords and dumplings quest broken

I get to the part of the quest where I'm to meet the fella outside of the warehouse and he's not there. Tried meditating, leaving the area, everything I can think of and he never shows. Please help! He's the only master blacksmith in the game from what I understand.

Wait until about 5-7pm at the hierach square then walk over to where he is meant to be. i had the same problem worked for me

I thought there were two 'masters'? At least that's what the loading tip indicated.

I know this quest was working okay for me in version 1.03, is this a new bug that's been introduced?

One master blacksmith and one master armorer. This happened after the patch.

Thanks but I just tried that and it didn't work.

I literally just ran this quest a moment ago, I meditated till midnight, waited and then he strolled up a few moments later

i got no Help.. Encountered the same problem on Ps4....lets just bug cd project red... till they fucking fix the damn thing.... Do it now
