Official Gwent T-Shirts.
Personally, I've never been a fan of T-shirts, however, I recall that some members of the Community expressed a desire for Gwent ones. Well, now, for those interested, a couple are available over at The Official Witcher Store (a partnership with CDPR's friends at J!NX).

And a variation on the Nilfgaard emblem (a bit more intricate than the single golden sun seen at the release of the Nilfgaard faction):
