Official Tech Support Website is broken

+
See title,

You cannot submit ticket because when you click Submit nothing happens, little spinner spins and that's that.

I tried this with Opera and Edge, also using incognito mode and still the same.

Please help.

EDIT: I'm not using VPN, no antivirus/firewall is blocking the connection.
This is also happening for other users.

If you check this thread:
User has pinpointed that the button is disabled inside the code.

Admins hello ?

It's seems to be an issue that is affecting a few users here and there. I don't know if anyone is sure of why it's happening. There's a bug somewhere, though. It works fine for others.

Give it a day and try again. Wish I had more to offer, but I don't have any info on the particulars. One thing I can suggest is to ensure there are no ad blockers or anything running. They could be reading the submission form as a pop-up ad.

Hi,
No I will not be waiting for a day or two.
Please read what is actually happening.

I'm willing to bet my salary that no one is able to submit ticket, how can I be so sure?
I tried to submit a ticket with 27 different devices that are able to access the site..

If we're to believe what the other guy said, the button is disabled in the code, so even if we waited for 365 days, nothing will change.

I'm under the impression that you have connection to the company, please relay the message to them that the support page is broken.

I would suggest clicking on Steam Deck instead of Windows PC. That way you don’t have to upload the dxdiag which might be causing this problems on some computers,. Of course if you do that you should mention that you had to do it because of support website issues.

Already tried that, not working, same problem.

Besides why are you asking for Steam deck when that's not even something you can choose? When you get to the page, you can choose PC, XBOX,PS,Switch2,MAC.

No where can you choose Steam deck, moreover when I click any of the option, I cannot find anything related to Steam deck.

So why are we here trying to tell people to select something that's not on the site?

Also we are disregarding what the other person found out, if we believe him the button is disabled in the code. Why are we given the round around and not the answer that yes it is disabled or that yes this is broken.

@devivre go to the site and try to submit a ticket.

So what you meant was that you have to select options so far in the tree that you can find selection of questions you need to answer before you can try to submit a ticket.

@devivre The whole point is that I'm not using switch2 or Steam deck etc. I'm using PC and if you select PC the code is disabling the button to submit, surely this cannot be how multi million dollar company is conducting themselves, right?
We as users have no venue to submit tickets and the remedy is to choose platform we're not using??

I cannot find any email address or link to contact people outside the broken one, please relay this to the company itself.

Of course we will forward your feedback, but for now unfortunately it‘s best to use this remedy if possible.
I don’t know why this issue is happening on some computers.

The issue is known, but the cause of the issue is not.

Please, ensure you have disabled any ad blockers you may have running.

So far, the only thing that seems to have worked for others experiencing the issue is to wait a while and try again. I don't have any more info on why it may be happening. It seems to be completely random at the moment. (Yes, obviously, it's not, but knowing that doesn't help in narrowing down what's happening, why, and when.)

What I can assure you is that CDPR Support is still there, and still working. The endless loading bug is just that: a bug.

What's the problem with the game you're having? Maybe we can help you here.

I tried to submit the path tracing/raytraced lighting glitch i still encounter a month ago and then gave up on it because of this issue.
Actually gave up on the game because of it.
Why can seemingly simple issues not get fixed these days.

I don't understand why every advice is users are doing something wrong.
Everyone and their mother can read what users report, issue is happening even if you use device that cannot run conventional adblocker.
This issue is on cdprojects end, adblockers, antivirus or firewalls have nothing to do with this.

@SigilFey you say that the issue is known but it goes unresolved for months?
It takes less time to rebuild the site mirroring the steam deck one than what ever this is.

Could we get proper answer why the company has disabled the possibility to submit technical tickets if you're using pc?

It appears not to be an easy issue. It may even be something in the OS, web browsers, etc. that are outside of CDPR's control. That's all speculation, though. What I can say factually is that it has occurred in some form multiple times over the last 10 years or so that I've been around, but it's never been a system-wide issue or anything. There are just a few unfortunate people that it happens to.

I know it's frustrating, though. Apologies for the inconvenience. I wish I had more to share.
