Olaf beast order card [Skellige] - question

What exactly does this card do? How shall i play it?

It says: "Boost Olaf by twice the amount he is damaged." It is an order so you would think that the player first needs an Olaf card on the board to which they could apply this order, but I looked in the Deck Builder and there is no other Olaf card... ???

no, the card can simply heal itself when damaged and will then boost itself by the amount it was damaged.
with skellige you have cards like svalblod priest (among others) which damages friendly units and boost itself. you also have a leader ability that deals damage to your own units 5 times and then spawns a 5 point unit. you can use cards like these to damage olaf and then activate olaf's ability to boost him by double the amount he was damaged. so if you damage him down from 8 to 3 and click on the order, he will boost himself by 10 to 13.
notice this is a one-time effect, hope that clears it up
