old friends bug

i didn't go to wakako with takemura.

and do other quest.

now i can't meet takemura in wakako's office

Yep, it's a bug. He's still and stock on the dock (where meeting with Oda).
Same problem
If i'm right, no fix without a fix in futur patch.
You can only relaod a save and go with him to meet Wakako, sorry
