When did CDPR ever give you any hope of that being the case? I am pretty sure they even stated that it would NOT be shown. If you are disappointed, then you are responsible for creating the reality of that disappointment.
i was thinking i might be wrong and they would surprise us. but nah they showed us a casual game nboody gives 2 shits about. just like with that witcher moba remember that ya that was a HUGE success LOL. im tired of seeing cyberpunk playing second fiddle to witcher crap. the game was not good.
Stop acting like a bloody spoiled child! The trailer that you are so fond of said it would come when it was ready. The Witcher Battle Arena was awesome, easily the best mobile game I have ever played. It's a shame it ended, not sure of the reason for it but it was undeserved of a fantastic game. And with regards to Gwent, lots of people give a shit about it. I personally cannot wait for it and have been hoping CDPR do something like this for a long time.
it ended cause it didnt sell well and nobody played it. its pretty basic economics there. more time wasted on stuff that doesnt matter.
Cinematics are great and all but I take actual real gameplay footage over "in-engine" or "in-game" cutscenes any day of the week. That we wouldn't get neither - for obvious reasons also mentioned here already - was communicated on various occasions prior to E3 too, so I don't get the uproar over this.
Am I disappointed that we probably won't see anything over the coming months/years even? Well, yes of course, but I also understand that they obviously cannot and don't want to show off anything pre-pre-alpha and still heavily WIP just to tide us over.

See it from the bright side, they will show Cyberpunk next year and that's 100% certain.
u know when Cyberpunk was first announced we thought it would be a 2016 title. cause CDPR promised us that it had a full team working on it, which turned out to be false.
Good things take time...just remember that.

They never had "full team" working on it. They had small pre-production team which in 2014/2015 helped with Witcher 3.
In a world where Duke Nukem Forever took 15 years and Majora's Mask took 1, I think we can pretty much discard that particular truism.
Honestly I didn't expect them to show ANYTHING for a long time, even back when the teaser was released.
And yeah I was seriously disappointed when their secret game they were working on was gwent.
But I'm an extremely patient guy and we should too.

Imho gwent standalone was a perfectly logic thing to do, lots of people like it.
I was hoping at least for a small cinematic for cyberpunk, but It's fine, CDPR it's maybe the only developer that could nail a perfect cyberpunk game, so secrecy could benefit the game in the long run.

i'm sure next year the devs will say "we are working on it" and in 2018 we will see some new images if we are very lucky, in 2019 some early development trailer,
2020 some gameplay, 2021 release date, months after that, it has to be posponed, like tw3, we wait 6 more months, then the game is out,
