On neutrals in conquest formats
Listening to the latest tier 2 podcast (number 10), there was a discussion on strong neutrals in conquest format- what if someone just puts gold weather in every deck? Which allows someone to bring the same deck to the format for all factions. And it's a problem which gets compounded by certain finishers such as Ciri: Nova
So why don't you take a page out of the MTG teams format? In conquest, no more than 3 of each bronze, 1 of each silver and 1 of each gold across all decks you enter into the particular competition?
