Playing on PS5, its blurry as hell tooThis has nothing to do with TV settings LOL! Cyberpunk 2077 just look HORRIBLE on PS4 Pro. It is so blurry and muddy you almost can't even see what happen on the screen! I feel myself betrayed with this ****! I mean what the hell did u do to PS4/Xbox One versions of game because AC: Valhalla, Ghost Of Tsushima, God Of War, Last Of Us: Part 2 looks so sharp and so very good, so it's not about PS4 lack of power! CDPR just messed up this. It looks like playing technologically 20 years old game.
Does this mean that the game is only playable when you have bought next gen technology for a huge amount of money and is not even available ?!
Thx for the intel! Patch sure did something. Game runs a lot smoother and looks not so blurry anymore (while still blurry enough). I wouldn´t go that far saying that this version is a reason to cheer but it sure is quite some progress for one night.Boys the patch is here they even skipped a version
I have 65inch 4k TV and PS4 Pro and i didnt expect anything like next gen graphics from this game, but rly i was surprised how horrible it looks. I remember 720p games very well too and looks like Cyberpunk 2077 don't even reach to that lvl resolution. Cyberpunk 2077 just looks like s*** on consoles and i think CDPR didn't even try to optimize it for em.Step One : learn to comprehend what is meant by the term 1080P, this means a display with resolution of 1920x1080; I literally have issues working with anything smaller as I often want to zoom in on 8K imagery/playback to check if it's a focus or corruption issue causing a display fault or is it the display/projector installed having issues
Step Two : then comprehend that at lower resolutions I can literally see pixel stepping on 14point text for even TTF fonts ( hell, on some sites/games etc. I can see this at 1080p anyway ), never mind the levels of artefacting some images are shown here have
Step Three : Chill with the bullshit and lying comments unless you want to eat a report or six
Step Four : realise that just because you're telling your PS4 to output in 1080P doesn't mean your Display is rendering in that if you have something set wrong on the display
I have not at any point said no one is having issues. I have simply stated that I am not and then openly discussed what my system is and also that due to my job and also eyesight issues ( which due to my Job means I have glasses rather than contacts and that I get my prescription checked at the longest 12 months apart and the glasses changed whenever there is a prescription shift with the last change being literally 4 months ago ) it's not going to be my eyesight.
I'd be one of the first to be jumping on the low-res/bitty wagon since it would drive me nuts, because I'd be spotting it and it would niggle at me breaking immersion.
Some things I expect to be blocky close up since they're trash assets meant for backgrounds, some I expect to be sharp and capable of zoom right to "right in front of my nose" levels and still hold close to vector level sharpness.
As for the 720P?
I remember 720P and have 720P games to compare to.
If you're seeing that level of artefacting then there's an issue I've not got going on... because I'm not seeing it while I play.
Hell, I'd be pissed if I was seeing half the issues in the images shown... but taking a hissy fit at me for stating facts and arguing against a few internet articles doesn't help the Techs sort the issues that are causing it. It just gets you hyped up while generating zero actual input for the devs/techs to sort it.
Hence the comments from those of us that are tech savvy stating that it'll help narrow down what's causing this for some folk if people submit tickets along with specifying Console, Game Version ( should be 1.02 for most folk ), output and also as weird as it sounds Region in case it's a region Build issue rather than a chipset/GPU era issue.
Shut up dude! Again, this sh** has nothing to do with TV settings. If the game is optimized diff then other games. Guess what also has to be optimized diff the tv.
EVERYONE MAX OUT SHARPNESS SETTINGS ON TV. BAM NO MORE BLURRY BAD GRAPHICS. UR ALL WELCOME CUZ IM THE ONLY PERSON IN TGE WHILE WORLD WHO HAS SOLVED THIS. ULL LEGIT HAVE GOOD GRAPHICS NON BLURRY CRAP NOW. IF PRHOECT RED COULD PAY ME FOR SOLVING THIS PROBLEM THAT WOULD VE NICE
Sony is issuing refunds no matter if you've completed it or hrs played. Once you do then you cannot repurchase until they put back on PS store unless you buy physical copy. Please follow Cyberpunk on twitter for updates. It's pretty bad on ps4. Kinda reminds me of early DeusEX.. I had high hopes for this game. It's sad on sonys part as they won't give me a refund for digital copy and said to wait for them to patch it. Just might sell the ps4 and build a GPC. Trying to find a rtx3080 for the right price will be tough.
Division 2 actually looks amazing. The open world and indoors graphics are detailed and crisp even if it is 30FPS.I wonder if the game would performe better if it were using the frostbite engine. The division pulls of 1080p 30fps on base ps4 with comparable environment detail. Cyberpunk can't menage that even for smaller indoors scenes
For now set: depth of field, film grain and motion blur to off <-- and wait untill CDPR comes up with more optimizations in another patch/update, this will make it way less blurry.Yeah like the title says it is so blurry is there a way to fix this or do I need to wait for a fix
As of now ps4 is unplayable
Edit: it's more like the background like depth of field kicks in now and then but I have it turned off
Another edit: got all my settings right.
on my ps and monitor and it's still sht
The game will never be like what they showed in gameplay trailers. I mean, look at that 2018 tech demo. I get the feeling you can't (or at least they *won't*) just patch that in. The game has problems at its very core. Unless they pull a complete overhaul of the game I don't see it ever being like what they advertised. Maybe it could be on PC after several more years of constant work, but I can't ever see it ever being more than base game Fallout 4 on the PS4 (or even PS5 if I'm being wholly honest).Playing on ps4 pro, ...will this ever be anything like what I'd read and seen up to and just prior to release?
