I replayed it recently. Still a masterpiece, a work of art! Believe it or not, I have started playing TW2 4 times already, and the farthest I got was the beginning of Chapter 2. Every time I get to Chapter 2, I stop playing because I decide to wait for the next patch, last time being when I heard word of patch 1.4 (2.0) So to minimize the Witcher withdrawal, I went back to TW1 and I loved every moment of it. The soundtrack of that game still moves me - honestly, I think it's one of the best music ever put in a game.

Yes, currently playing TWEE + FCR Insane. Hardly anything beats the sense of accomplishment when winning a difficult fight with this one.

Nope. Idk if it's my computer but the performance just drops incredibly low once I reach Vizima which ruins the whole experience for me.

Oh yes, started a new walkthrough to try some new things. I love both games, and each have something different going for them.

I beat the first game a while ago. But I find it nearly impossible to go back to it. The witcher 2 is just so much better.

And as much as I liked the first game, I hated the combat system.
