The old man NPC, Karim, from the quest Ballad of Buck Ravers is gone after the quest. I didn't have enough money at that point to buy anything - went back later and he's permanently gone now.
My main feedback on driving is that the car seats are too low. Please raise them - however you need to change thins for that. I like to drive in first person, so im constantly hitting things/people. You cant even see the road in half of the cars. The worst is the Rayfield, which is the most fun to drive since it has the panoramic open roof.
Also, im sure this one was noted, but the auto-dismantle junk perk is dismantling jewelry items also.. its probably wasted 50-100k for me so far. I recommend to separate those from the junk category, so it doesn't dismantle them and/or just give an option to disable the perk. Id prefer to have both the jewelry separated so its not dismantled and an option to turn the perk off if you want.
