Especially if you consider that given how demanding the game is going to be, there isn't a single DX10-only GPU on the market that could handle it to any decent degree.

EDIT: Actually, I'm hoping for some last minute or post-release support for DX12 as well.

the minimum cards are DX11 cards. DX12 isn't going to be out for some time. Also the OS requirement is listed as windows.

Last minute impossible because the API spec isn't even finalized yet, let alone available.
