Open Keg not working...

Open Keg not working...

I've been playing the Gwent open beta since the very first day on the XBO and never had any problems opening purchased or earned Kegs. Until today...

- Used 100 ore to buy a new keg (as usual)
- The Keg purchase was successful (as usual)
- Pressed Open Keg (as usual)
- Answer "Yes" to the question (as usual)
- I see the "Processing Transaction" for a few seconds (as usual)

And then nothing... The troll just keeps talking and I cannot do anything else but Quit / Restart the game to continue.

I've already tried the following steps:

- Restarted the XBO
- Turned Off the XBO
- Installed / Re-installed Gwent
- Purchased new 15 Kegs (same result as above)

Now I have 16 Kegs that I cannot open...Great!

It might be a temporary glitch with the connection. I would try it again a bit later. If this keeps happening consistently then please contact support. It's possible your account has a locked transaction which blocks all other transactions. However, that is something only support can see and fix.
 
Thx for the info. I've contacted the support but no answer yet. Since then I've leveled up in ranked and am not sitting on 26 unopened kegs...
