Open world game but not playable after ending

CDPR had said in an interview that they found an interesting and original way to make us come back in the game after the end ... it's just a backup reload so not interesting and original ...

Which is, sadly, another one of the many misleading statements from interviews and pre-launch marketing materials. CDPR should really be ashamed.

I think the way they constructed the endings locked them out of free roam gameplay after the final mission. Terrible, terrible decision for an open world game. Particularly one with a main quest that is based around the premise that you better act fast to resolve it.

you build the narrative around the limitations, not the other way around

It is only possible to reload after the ending, but please allow free-play after completing the main quest.
I want to complete the main quest and do the sub-quest.
Other open world games are free-play after ending.
But this game is impossible.
It just loads the save file again.
Please fix this

I thought i was the only one that got annoyed by that... The Story really was great but the ending just killed it for me!
Really hope they release Mainquest addons and let us play after the ending!

1. Do you mean post-ending content

2. Do you just mean you can keep the loot after finishing the game?

2 makes sense.

1 is just silly.
